Its main function involves allowing the chipper’s top feed wheel to travel straight up and down, providing direct downward pressure as material is fed into the chipper.
Powered by a standard hydraulic lift cylinder, along with side-mounted pressure springs, Bandit’s Slide Box Feed system generates over 6,000 pounds of combined downward pressure.
