HPM 90 Foundation Drill Rig
The revolutionary HPM 90 foundation drill rig was designed and built to offer foundation drilling contractors a powerful, efficient, and safe solution for a variety of jobs.
Mounted on a CAT 313NGH base, the HPM 90 packs a powerful 66,400 ft. lbs. of torque. Plus, with a retractable undercarriage, transporting its total weight of 53,000 lbs. in the short mast configuration and 55,000 lbs. in the tall mast, is a total breeze.
HPM 125 Foundation Drill Rig
HPM’s 125 foundation drill rig is ideal for foundation, rathole, and landfill drilling. Its compact dimensions and ease of setup result in low operating and haulage costs.
The 125 is mounted on a CAT 323 Narrow Base and CAT expandable undercarriage. It features an auto-verticalization of the mast, return to drilling point feature, and a rig-up from transport to working phase.
HPM 180 Foundation Drill Rig
HPM’s 180 was designed to handle powerline and substation jobs. It fits an 1800mm tool along the mast and offers easy access to a wide range of drilling depths.
HPM’s 180 is mounted on a CAT 330 base and comes equipped with a CAT C7.1 engine. The HPM 180 can be transported in one load and easily set up in no time, all thanks to it eliminating the need for assembly/disassembly phases during transport.
HPM 200 Foundation Drill Rig
The HPM 200 features a modular design that allows operators to convert this rig into differing configurations, which includes a short mast – 11’ version.
The HPM 200 is mounted on a CAT 330 NGH base and, like the HPM 180, comes equipped with a CAT C7.1 engine. This rig is suitable for a variety of foundation drilling applications and can easily be converted into a short mast configuration.
HPM 250 Foundation Drill Rig
HPM’s 250 is the most powerful foundation drill rig in our lineup. This machine provides an effective torque of 315kNM and 400kN of crowd pull. Which makes working with large casings much easier. The HPM 250 is mounted on a CAT 340 excavator base and a CAT expandable undercarriage. Components like the Kelly bar, rotary, and counterweight system can all be mounted by the machine itself. Allowing operators to perform a quick, automatic rig-up from the safety of HPM’s comfort cabin.
